My experience was horrible. I sent my vehicle in for a recall and it came back with codes that weren’t there before. When I went back because they told me they will fix it, they take my car for 4 hours then come back to me and say it the code was always there. After all that they said it will be $900 to fix the issue so I left because they did not respect my business/time. I drove home and the car shut off on me. I have mechanical experience/knowledge and went back and checked what they replaced and everything was loose and out of place. I do not recommend coming here to no one for any type of service and safety wasn’t their top priority. More

I think since the time I made the appt to when I got the car there were some hiccups. First of all when I made the appt. the appt person was not too welcoming. She just wanted to do the job, give me the slo car there were some hiccups. First of all when I made the appt. the appt person was not too welcoming. She just wanted to do the job, give me the slot and let me go off the phone. Then when I got there, I already had two people in front of me when the other service agents did not have any other customers. The reason is that the customer was going back and forth with the rep causing a bottle neck of other people waiting. I would have gone to another rep that was free instead of waiting. Then i was told that the part was going to get my car at 5 p.m. then I got the news that the wrong part was ordered and it will come the next day which got me into a pickle because I needed my car for two meetings I had in Miami and Broward and I had to use an uber. It was an inconvenience. Therefore I asked for a discount which was given to me. Later the next day I asked about my car after the second meeting and it was getting ready and the reps mistake is that he went to my house when I gave the rep the restaurant in Davie that I was at. So I had to wait around 1.5 hours in total for the van to show up were i really was from Fort Lauderdale to Davie due to traffic. I asked for further discount as the rep admitted that he gave the wrong paperwork to the driver to go to my house but it was not conceded to me. I did not have my laptop as I thought after the event the van would pick me up given that the rep had the correct address as to where I truly was which I was not happy as he stated in a way that the first discount was enough of a discount that I was given and he had to explain the first discount to his boss. Since the bill was almost $4k, I agreed to put it in a type of load that Lipton Toyota had but he did not say that it required a debit card which I did not have and it was going to be taken out of my checking account every month. That he only explained it as I was about to agree to give my debit card whcih I did not have. Then I wanted to put if in my credit card but it was over my limit then I had to get car service to drive me home get another credit card and drive me back. This whole ordeal was 3 hours more which I finally got my car at 6 p.m. which I never experienced this whole ordeal due to the fact I was a customer in Kendall and Lipton Toyota. I think I should deserve another discount and I need to speak with a manager Thank you More

Nothing to say about the service, it was OK, my issue with this toyota corolla "HYBRID" cross spends too much gas, on the other side spare tire and jack are not part of the safety rules.
