This was my first service visit at the dealer where I bought my car, and it was disappointing. The process was quick and professional, but the communication was poor. I asked two questions: one about small scratches and another about a jerking issue when starting the car. For the scratches, I was simply told they don't handle that, with no suggestions or guidance. I know it’s not his fault so I’m not blaming him. Just saying two hours is not 45 minutes. More
