Kept 2 1/2 hours and $170 to fix my remote keyfob I asked the service consultant to make a simple fix which I thought I was unable to do. His service department refused to do it. I'm a regular customer at this dealership. Purchased my car and had my car serviced for last 9 years every 6 month and I'm considering not going back. The wait time is horrible and I don't feel like I'm getting the service that's worth my time. I normally average about 4 hours of wait time and they didn't have time to do the things I asked.
