Need to service your vehicle???? This was the second time bringing my 2016 RAV4 to this dealership. This time for the 10k service, unfortunately I had the same customer service adviso This was the second time bringing my 2016 RAV4 to this dealership. This time for the 10k service, unfortunately I had the same customer service advisor both times his name is Juan and he tells you that the things will get done and the vehicle will get checked and then both times I have reported some issues with my vehicle he had told me the car it's fine and I'm still having the problem after leaving the dealership. The only reason why I kept coming back it's because I live close by. Unfortunately, I will have to look for another dealership to service my car next time. The only thing I couldn't complaint about are the men that do the shuttle service...five stars to them. More
