I had the best service here! I purchased a camry fully loaded, I am not very technological and I am grateful Barbara had so much patience and was able to assist me. Yes, I bought my 2012 Prius here, but I would not recommend anyone to buy a new car here. The only reason why I bought the car here is because our sales person was nice and friendly, and the finance recommend anyone to buy a new car here. The only reason why I bought the car here is because our sales person was nice and friendly, and the finance guy got me approved for financing. BUT, the sales manager is an a**hole!!! When negotiating for the car, the tone of his voice was very condescending and I felt like he was talking down on me like he's better and smarter than me. Showed him an ad for a Prius V from another dealer see if he can match it, but he tried to sell me a regular Prius Three instead, which I thought was very unprofessional and dishonest. Promised me I will get a load of free accessories if I buy a car there, but after I signed the paper works they said the parts department is closed and I should come back on Saturday to pick up my free accessories. Went back on that next Saturday and first pretended they didn't even know me, then said too bad you already drove the car off the lot so they cant give me anything. When you make a promise, you better keep your promise!!! I am not talking about buying a match box car at Toys R Us. This is a major purchase of over $26K, so honesty is very important! Not to mention a lot people already felt most car sales person are dishonest people. So don't just lie and say whatever to me in order to make a sale!!! I got 2 years free maintenance with my new Prius and guess what? I am NOT going to take my car back to this dealer for the maintenance. I am going to take it to the dealer near the place I work. More
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I just got hung up on by JC in Finance because he can't understand why I'm angry. I bought a 2011 Camry 2 months ago. Since then my tire blew out and the roadside assistanc JC in Finance because he can't understand why I'm angry. I bought a 2011 Camry 2 months ago. Since then my tire blew out and the roadside assistance I purchased failed me. The tow truck driver never showed up. Fortunately, State Farms' Road Ranger came and fixed my tire for free. (they charged me 250$ for a new tire!!!) I then tried to cancel my roadside service and it hasn't happened. This was 2 months ago and I've made repeated phone calls to BOTH JC and his Supervisor Keith to no avail. I FINALLY got ahold of JC and he didn't understand my frustration as he HUNG UP ON ME!!!!! Lastly, Leela keeps harassing me for my out of state title since they sold my trade in w.o it and now its my problem, when the salesman and JC told me it should be no issue. I'm seriously considering cancelling my contract and turning in my car b/c the CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS SOOOO BAD!!! The only good thing I can say is that Robert Velez and Andrew in the Service Dept. actually know how to do their jobs and are courtesy to the customers. AGAIN, DON'T ASK FOR RESPECT JC IF YOU CAN'T GIVE IT IN RETURN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

I spoke with Rick Namm over the phone and he was more than helpful, he genuinely cared about what I wa trying to accomplish. When I arrived I worked with Lisa and she was not only informative but enterta than helpful, he genuinely cared about what I wa trying to accomplish. Bought a new Toyota Corolla from Lipton Toyota on 8/10/12 and would not return or reccomend this dealership. Salesperson Wayne was ready for us when we arrived but stated that he ONLY had two colors avail and would not return or reccomend this dealership. Salesperson Wayne was ready for us when we arrived but stated that he ONLY had two colors available in our choice of car. I did not like the dark grey color and my husband decided on red since we did not have another choice. There was a lot of back and forth with the managers on price it was time consuming and stressfull. I had printed out my black book value of trade in car and competitors advertised internet price for identical car which was not to the liking of the "managers". They also flatly refused to honor their advertised $100 rebate and $25 Visa card offer that I had printed out from their web site. They also refused to give us 0.9% interest rate advertised by Toyota on their web site. We bought the car and took it home but our daughter did not like the red color. Also we realized that there were some mistakes in our paperwork that we were supposed to hand over to the bank for loan on Monday. We called next morning Saturday 8/11 and Wayne miraculously had a white color in stock and was willing to exchange the red toyota with white color and also agreed that the dealer would give us 0.9% interest rate IF and only IF we gave them approximately $1300 more. We went that day along with my daughter . On arrival my daughter wanted to know if we could get the blue Toyota parked outside the showroom. Wayne once again was ready for us but when I asked Wayne about the blue toyota he seemd to be upset because he had already gotten the white corolla ready and washed for us and it seemed to me that it was too much of a hassel for him to even discuss the possibility of that new blue toyota parked in front of his dealership showroom. This was upsetting for my daughter and in turn for me. I was already too tired from the previous days experience of going back and forth and did not want to deal with ANY OF THEIR so called "Managers" because I felt they were rude, unprofessional, and did not show the basic decency of honoring their adverstised offers of petty amount or taking care of their customers. They just wanted to get as much amount for the car from us as possible. I asked wayne if they will at least take off $125 from the $1300 difference being asked and he said that would be not be possible and that I should not even mention about it because they had aleady refused it the previous. I paid the full difference amount asked and got the paperwork corrected and and drove the Toyota Corolla home. Overall this experience of buying a new car was unpleasant and stressful and would not want anyone I know/ care for to go through it. I will NOT reccomend this dealership to my friends, colleagues, or family members. More
