I had a terrible experience with a shuttle agent and another customer while trying to retrieve my vehicle. After waiting over an hour and confirming my address three times, the agent finally arrived to another customer while trying to retrieve my vehicle. After waiting over an hour and confirming my address three times, the agent finally arrived to pick me up across the street from the actual location. Once I got into the car, the other customer began to share her frustrations. It turned out she hadn't called for a ride; the agent decided to pick her up before attending to someone who had requested a ride since 2:30. My family and I have been loyal customers since 2007, and there should be better accommodations for customers! More

Seth, the service advisor was unethical in charging $170 for a drain plug that was loose from an oil change a week prior. I won't return to Lipton Toyota for services or anything else. Before the pandemic service was honest, but now the service aids are charging for nothing. I reached out to the Services department manager, and he never returned my call nor left a voicemail.
