Zero empathy from the person who received me The person who received us did not show any empathy . The objective was to charge us as much as he can. Oil change= 80us Right front brake repair = 230 Diagnostic = 100. We told him as we already pay for the oil change, if he can give us discount as we were able to pay 190 for the brake cause we did not have enough money on us. He did not even show empathy in his answer was NO. The worst thing was that he made us sign a waiver just in case we have got an accident instead repairing the brake for 190. I have never seen that in my life ... THANK YOU LIPTON TOYOTA ! More
