Lipton Toyota does not take my calls. When the various Receptionists saw my number they answered without saying hello and would park me into Hunter’s voicemail, and Hunter never returned one call. How then would I contact Management to talk about this. You have my number on file because on leaving there I received a call from one of your sales representatives call me about trading in my car for a newer model, so if as you say you want to handle the issues of how your customer was treated, then please by all means give me a call. As I told Andy, Hunter’s Manager, I am handling the over charge which was fraudulently done via the bank and legally if needs be.
