If I could give this place a negative review I absolutely would. I dealt with Geri. My husband worked up a deal, even trade in my car. I was told at 8:02 pm that everything was good to go, just come in tomor would. I dealt with Geri. My husband worked up a deal, even trade in my car. I offered to make a deposit to hold the car-she told me no everything was good and that I would get a call from a salesman. I check in at 11:00 the next day, let her know I was going to get off at 4:00 to make it down there sooner and make sure everything was still ok since it’s a 2 hour drive. She told me “ok”. At 4:04 I was told do not come there was someone there to buy the car. I was livid. I offered a deposit to hold it was denied that option and they sold it 4 minutes after the knew I was leaving. Way too ironic. My husband talks to the manager “Ana” who informs him they received a deposit for it at 4:01 for it to be shipped. And apologized said we shouldn’t have been denied a deposit. He was told he was going to get a call back. Now every time he calls the dealership to follow up with management they hang up the phone on him. Shady business dealing. I knew it was all too good to be true-that’s why I kept following up. They literally had a deal with me-but took another likely “better” deal. Avoid this dealership at all costs! More

Regular service is fair and honest. Upcharges occur when they find a “problem” and I’m not sure if it’s a necessity or not. Also, I’m not sure if the price is good. It’s the dealer, so I have to assume it’s a bit higher than a regular auto mechanic at the industrial park! But at this point they have you over a barrel, so I agree to the repairs , or in this case, the rear brake pads replacement. All in all, they do the work quickly and you get your car back in a timely manner. Much faster than the independent mechanic. More
