Great Services I have been using Lipton Toyota Services on Oakland Park Blvd. for over a decade. I purchased my last 2 vehicles there and I have all maintenance serv I have been using Lipton Toyota Services on Oakland Park Blvd. for over a decade. I purchased my last 2 vehicles there and I have all maintenance service and repairs done at the Toyota Service Center. Their Customer Service is always very professional and helpful, easy to make appointments, and very accommodating with people’s personal schedules. Their technicians are top notch, never had any complains. Service Reps also very nice and helpful, received help from Alex Matos and Hunter. Many thanks! More

Bait and switch Went to the dealership looking for a car I found online that was supposed to be on the lot. Upon arrival the first thing the salesperson does is stick Went to the dealership looking for a car I found online that was supposed to be on the lot. Upon arrival the first thing the salesperson does is stick me in a different vehicle and tell me to drive around in it and tell me how much better this vehicle is than the one I'm looking for and that it has all the bells and whistles. I was already thinking this is a bait-and-switch tactic they're probably not even find the car. I was right we drove around never to find the car. Came back into the cell center sit down with the sales rep 10 with the sales manager who claims that he can give me a better deal on the car that I drove around. It isn't the car I came to see I said I want to see the car I came to see. He said it must be in the shop in the back getting detailed or some phony thing but he could not get to it because it was closed up for the day. He proceeded to ask me what my budget was and said I could make a deal with you. He said he had to go talk to his manager after 10 minutes he comes back and tells me a price $5,000 more than what I came in for and another vehicle that I don't even want. Just to let you know don't believe what you see on line when it comes to the car dealerships a lot of their vehicles are not even there and it's just a tactic to get you in. Just walk away like I did and never go back and tell everyone how bad it business these dealerships are so no one else goes through the pain and suffering that I had to go through. More

Sales/Services I Leased my car from Lipton Toyota and went in for service, and most of the employees are helpful and courteous, with the exception of SHAHEED KHAN. I Leased my car from Lipton Toyota and went in for service, and most of the employees are helpful and courteous, with the exception of SHAHEED KHAN. Shaheed Khan is a sales person that is extremely rude. He really needs to take a course in customer service, and work on improving his attitude. He’s beyond rude! I would not recommend him to anyone purchasing/leasing a car. There was an issue with the car before delivery - which he assured me would be a quick fix. Turns out, it was not a quick or easy fix. Then I tried to get in contact with him several times and he would always say he’s busy, and would never return my calls. Then, when I went back to the dealership to ask about it, he was VERY RUDE and walked away. Another employee after hearing him, came to me and apologized, and suggested I see the GM. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend him to anyone. More

Best Auto Experience Ever Walking into a dealership, auto repair, etc can be scary because who knows what type of person your going to deal with and what $$$ are going to be th Walking into a dealership, auto repair, etc can be scary because who knows what type of person your going to deal with and what $$$ are going to be thrown your way- That was the case for me because I knew it would not be a cheap fix for my car. After calling around and getting insane prices and barely helpful people, I called Lipton Toyota. I quickly made an appt for the next morning after telling Mike Goldsztajn in service what was going on. He was even more pleasant, knowledgable and helpful in person! I have never had such a seamless and painless process when dealing with a car issue. All of the staff were super friendly, inviting and clean enviornment, and Mike was the one who truly made my experience one of a kind. More
