The total cost of my repair was not thoroughly explained during initial consultation. I was charged $705 dollars for a passenger window replacement. $340 of said total was for labor. $100 an hour for labor during initial consultation. I was charged $705 dollars for a passenger window replacement. $340 of said total was for labor. $100 an hour for labor is egregious and completely over inflated. The average hourly pay for a Mechanic in Florida is $23.00 an hour. I find it disgusting that you would take such advantage. Secondly. I was in recently trying to purchase my 6th vehicle and we couldn’t make a deal. That’s fine, no big deal. Except is was contacted several times from a coordinator that they were working to make a deal. I was told to come back and when I did. There was no change. A complete waste of my time and inconsiderate. No apology. No nothing. I have purchased 5 vehicles from Lipton since 2017. I will NEVER step foot in this dealership again. This dealership does not give a xxxx about its customers. I will make it my life’s mission to tell everyone I know and meet that they should stay away from Lipton Toyota at all costs. More

The salesmen, Frantz Dabel, tried charging over $1000 for a “reconciliation charge” which was a charge for cleaning the vehicle, amongst many other erroneous charges/fees he tried to add to the purchase price. Also withheld the car only came with one key. Once I purchased the truck told me a would have to purchase a second key for $400. After the sale Frantz never returned a call or showed any interest in attempting to help me get a second key. Two weeks later he cold called me asking me if I would like to come in a test drive the vehicle I had bought two weeks earlier. Informed him he sold me the car already and I wanted my second key. He hung up. More

My car couldn’t go pass 60miles without it shaking uncontrollably. Even at 30 miles it was shaking. After going to another toyota they stated my tire was split. I had to replace my tire. The tech at Lipton missed that and said my tire was fine. More
