Juan Curillo was extremely unprofessional and did not resolve my issue. My Toyota Tundra has a squeal on the front brakes. It happens when the car has been sitting for over 3hrs. Unfortunately they looke resolve my issue. My Toyota Tundra has a squeal on the front brakes. It happens when the car has been sitting for over 3hrs. Unfortunately they looked at the truck after I drove it and it didn’t squeal. I showed him multiple videos that it happens at any time of the day and he completely ignored me. Said that there wasn’t anything he could do and refused to keep the truck overnight so the technician could look at the car in the morning. I also provided T-SB-0043-24 for this issue to which he said that it was VIN number specific. Which is a complete lie. More

I was in my new car in less than 2.5 hours and out the door by the big "Deerfield on Sample Road off Federal Highway" Oh yeah, there was no A/C in the building, one of the workers said it had been a month with no A/C in the building and they were miserable. I purchased a 2025 Camry in exchange for my 2022 Corolla. I forgot my iPad in the car and went back to get it, but it was gone. I was even told that I didn't forget it in the car. Using Apple's location serv I forgot my iPad in the car and went back to get it, but it was gone. I was even told that I didn't forget it in the car. Using Apple's location service, I found it at a third-party company where the sales manager at Lipton accompanied me to get it, but no one was punished. It was disrespectful. But in the US, what matters is money, not character! I have my iPad and am dissatisfied with Lipton and those involved. More
