Nothing to say about the service, it was OK, my issue with this toyota corolla "HYBRID" cross spends too much gas, on the other side spare tire and jack are not part of the safety rules. Unfair, dishonest, unfortunately I had a bad experience, the value of the car purchased is 24,500 dollars, they charged me 4,500 downpayment and financed another 29.00 dollars in financing and with that I p the value of the car purchased is 24,500 dollars, they charged me 4,500 downpayment and financed another 29.00 dollars in financing and with that I paid 33,500 dollars in cash for the car that costs 24,500, in addition the car came with a series of manufacturing defects such as CarPlay that for several days does not connect to my cell phone, and the engine and transmission making noises of a car driven more than 200 thousand miles, honestly my worst experience with a dealer, I do not recommend it and if possible I recommend everyone to stay away from this Lipton Toyota especially with the salesmen Nelson and Carlos More
On October 20, after a physical appraisal of my vehicle at Lipton, I was offered $8,000 for my truck to sell it to the dealership. I realize offers can change over time so 12 days later I decided to accept at Lipton, I was offered $8,000 for my truck to sell it to the dealership. I realize offers can change over time so 12 days later I decided to accept and messaged the dealership used car dept to see if the offer was still good. I was told yes and to come in. I got everything ready, arranged for a ride to meet me there, and went to Lipton. They started paperwork, took the plates off the car, then walked into the office to tell me that the market had changed and that the truck was valued at $5,250. I showed them the text, and voiced my displeasure that I was lied to, my time was wasted, and the time of my daughter was wasted coming to pick me up. I was totally duped and needless to say, I would not sell them my truck at any price, or do business with them again. More
