If you do not want to waste your time AVOID this dealership. They advertise a price on their website and when you get there it is 10k higher that the price they have on the website. I wasted two hou dealership. They advertise a price on their website and when you get there it is 10k higher that the price they have on the website. I wasted two hours going back and forth with them over the price of the vehicle which is much higher that the price on the website (keeping in mind I am a returning customer that just bought a car from them 5 days ago) and left without taking the car. The second I left the dealership they started calling and saying come back and we will work the numbers for you and gave me an appointment the next day after they have confirmed they will provide a better price. I wasted my time again and drove the next day and the Manager Alex come up to me and says the numbers are the same we are not going to lower it more, and said thank you and turned around and walked without even listening to me. I had a terrible experience with a shuttle agent and another customer while trying to retrieve my vehicle. After waiting over an hour and confirming my address three times, the agent finally arrived to another customer while trying to retrieve my vehicle. After waiting over an hour and confirming my address three times, the agent finally arrived to pick me up across the street from the actual location. Once I got into the car, the other customer began to share her frustrations. It turned out she hadn't called for a ride; the agent decided to pick her up before attending to someone who had requested a ride since 2:30. My family and I have been loyal customers since 2007, and there should be better accommodations for customers! More
