Alvaro provided me with great service. I did not appreciate the fact that the lease price that I was initially told was extremely higher than the one I was told over the phone prior to com I did not appreciate the fact that the lease price that I was initially told was extremely higher than the one I was told over the phone prior to coming in. Once I negated that offer, they came back with a more reasonable offer although it was somewhat higher than what I was led to believe it would be. The time to do the entire transaction took way longer than it should have. I was in the showroom for more than 3 hours. I had leased several vehicles from Lipton but this one was the most grueling.
