I left a $1,000 deposit with this dealership while considering the purchase of a vehicle. I ultimately decided not to move forward, and there was no signed agreement or finalized sale. Despite repeate considering the purchase of a vehicle. I ultimately decided not to move forward, and there was no signed agreement or finalized sale. Despite repeated requests for my refund, the dealership has refused to return my deposit. I called multiple times, spoke with several people (including finance managers), and was met with rude, dismissive behavior. One finance manager was outright unprofessional. I was told I would receive an email confirming the refund — that never happened. The charge still went through on my bank account, and now my calls are being ignored. They also falsely insisted I needed to come in person to get my money back, even though Florida law does not require that — in fact, that may violate consumer protection laws. I have now filed official complaints with both FDACS (Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services) and the Better Business Bureau. Be very cautious dealing with this dealership. If this is how they handle a simple deposit, I can only imagine how they treat people after a sale. I’m sharing this publicly to help others avoid the same experience. More

Juan was very rude to me. I am a female. I went there knowing what is wrong with my radio and he told me they need to do a diagnostic on my car and it will take 2 -3 hours. Th I am a female. I bought this 2008 tundra new from Lipton and financed it thru State Farm . I was always very happy with the service. I think the service guy back then was Andy Garcia. I’ll never forget when Lipton had a program that if when you got an oil change that guaranteed a free oil change if it was not finished in their specific time period. That did not last long as they were never able to get it done in time. I did enjoy my free oil change. More
