I wish I could give 10 stars, Vanessa and Kelly go above and beyond for service every time I come in for service, but especially this time. Not only was the service manager able to take time out of his schedule to personally see to my issue and have it diagnosed, but they were able to immediately hop on it and had my truck fixed in more than a timely manner. Not to mention that constant communication I have between Kelly and Vanessa my service advisor as far as status on my vehicle and other things they may see I need done. Definitely a forever customer here! More

Lipscomb Dodge went above and beyond to fix the issue. When the usual fix didn’t work, they dug deeper and got me taken care of.
