Unexpected overnight stay in Paducah and approximately 24 hours from time arrived until we left with a new-to-us car the next day. We had no work done on a vehicle we left with so not rated. Cannot remember name Service Advisor's name. He saw to us right away, but customers should be advised - when Service Tech has to get a feedback from Chrysler re: how to proceed with repairs and/or parts replacement...and a verdict could take hours. Which it did. Gerald W. and Kevin J. went way beyond for us. Even though we have a very fair dealer in the next county, and we know the owner personally, we would consider the 400+ -mile drive if there was a particularly good deal re: a future purchase. We have passed the Linwood name, and Gerald's, on to Saint Louis area friends. More
