Second vehicle bought there and both were great experiences! I bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler and have always taken it back for service there at Linwood. The entire staff is very nice. I dealt with a very nice young man, James Dismore and he was fantastic.... Very friendly and eager to help. I traded my 2 door for a 4 door 2015 Jeep and I'm thrilled! Great experience in pruchasing David Gibson was easy going and helpful as my salesperson. I appreciated his attitude as it was not pressure to buy. Definitely will be returning in the future!! Linwood was a great place for me to buy my first brand new car. Im 20 years old and I bought my very own brand new car a week ago and I could not be Linwood was a great place for me to buy my first brand new car. Im 20 years old and I bought my very own brand new car a week ago and I could not be more happy with it. I searched around all over for the right car for me and within minutes of pulling into the parking lot at Linwood, I knew I came to the right place. Sick to my stomach Thinking this was a reputable car dealership, I went here to purchase my son a vehicle. The salesman was nice and personable and told me that the use Thinking this was a reputable car dealership, I went here to purchase my son a vehicle. The salesman was nice and personable and told me that the used vehicle we were looking at belonged to his great grandmother and was in great shape. We purchased it as-is and I felt confident that we had made a good decision. Four days later the car began to overheat. I called the service department at Linwood and was told that they didn't have the diagnostic equipment for a Toyota and I would need to take it to the Toyota dealership. Five days in, I called the salesman and explained that the car potentially was going to need a new engine and I hoped that if that was the case, we could work out a deal to bring that car back and purchase another one from them. He relayed to me from the sales manager that they would treat the car as trade and give me $900 for it even though less than a week earlier I paid $2200 for the car. I have never felt more taken advantage of and swindled than I did dealing with these people. My son and I were taught a very valuable lesson. Everything that glitters isn't gold and this dealership isn't reputable at all. When he is in a better position to afford a more expensive vehicle, we will take our business elsewhere. More
