Excellent Experience! This was my first car buying experience and I don't see how it could have went any better. I went online looking in search of a reasonably priced new This was my first car buying experience and I don't see how it could have went any better. I went online looking in search of a reasonably priced new car because my 16th birthday present I've been driving for the past 8 years finally bit the bullet and became more work than I was willing to put into it. My online search led me to a Hyundai Elantra at Linwood. I got pre-qualified online, spoke with Lacee beforehand about financing and she was super helpful and put some of my financing worries to rest. I called to schedule a test drive, I worked with Gerald once I was there and I never felt pressured, he let me look at the models I said I was interested in and I test drove the one I was most interested in. After the test drive, I was sold. Once we made a deal I went to do all the signing and financing information with Lacee, she was very helpful in explaining everything to me. Gerald made sure they got my new car looking its best and then made sure I was comfortable with all of the functions before I left the lot. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone in search of a car. I bought a new 2016 Hyundai Elantra, Hyundai isn't listed in New makes so I chose Used-Hyundai so I could post the review. More
