Refuse to Service New Vehicle Having purchased a new vehicle at Linwood Motors of Paducah, I was directed by UConnect customer support to take the brand new car back to Linwood for Having purchased a new vehicle at Linwood Motors of Paducah, I was directed by UConnect customer support to take the brand new car back to Linwood for a problem with the UConnect 8.4 NAV system. I requested an appointment, and took the vehicle to Linwood at the appointment date/time. Happily, my time there was very brief; however, shockingly, they simply refused to service the new vehicle. The service manager made it clear that they would not service nor maintain this new vehicle. Having never experienced such a situation as this, I have been trying to learn from FCA representatives if there is any way to deal with it. No, apparently. More

Car repairs I was traveling through Paducah on my way to see family when my check engine light came on. The Hampton Inn referred me to Linwood. Linwood has a policy to help travelers and made room in their schedule to repair my car. They could have charged me additional fees for for,this's device but did not. Not only was I on the road in a reasonable time but at a fair price. I would recommend Linwood for any repairs. More
