Had to wait 3 weeks for service, had 8 am appointment, car sat an hour before being service, bill doesn’t show what was done in 60,000 maintenance just stating 60,000 mile service performed, charged for f car sat an hour before being service, bill doesn’t show what was done in 60,000 maintenance just stating 60,000 mile service performed, charged for filling washer fluid when service was performed a week before. Had my vehicle picked up for scheduled service on the 6th. The advisor called several hours later saying my car should be ready that evening or first thing the next day. On the 7th I didn't recieve any communication from the dealership until I reached out around 2 pm. The representative couldn't find my car in the system. When it was eventually located, they still had not looked at my car. As a solution the representative offered to let me rent a car at my expense until my car was serviced. I declined and requested my car back. They returned my car, unworked on but with car settings changed, notably that my headlights were no longer set to automatic, something I haven't turned off since getting the car 3 years ago. I am now sitting in an NTB getting a new battery for to the privilege of this dealer not working on my car. More

I halve been with this Volvo Service for over 19 years and have never been disappointed. I continued with this dealership after it moved to its present location a few years ago. Recently my long-time ser and have never been disappointed. I continued with this dealership after it moved to its present location a few years ago. Recently my long-time service rep (Craig) retired, and since then I have been assisted by Justin, Kenya (Kenia?) and Danny. All the Volvo personnel are professional and helpful, including the drivers for Valet Service (Pedro, Johnny and one other, whose name I don't have), an option I especially appreciate during this pandemic. If my car broke down in the Lindsay Volvo Dealership, I would pay to have it towed somewhere else. I went in for my 5th service on my XC60. The staff was not knowledgeable on US spec Volvo’s coming fro would pay to have it towed somewhere else. I went in for my 5th service on my XC60. The staff was not knowledgeable on US spec Volvo’s coming from overseas for military members. They told me that none of the maintenance from overseas locations could be viewed. I then explained that the dealer in Germany said it is possible, but that Lindsay would need to transfer the records over. After a debate, the guy at the counter finally changed his position and put in a tech support case to have the records transferred. Then during the inspection, it was noted that I needed brake work. The total price for brakes and rotors was quoted at $1680 on top of the $450 5th Service. I tried to explain that the rotors were already replaced once through warranty due to wobble and I asked how long parts replaced by dealers are warranted for? The customer service representative completely dismissed my question 3 different times and talked to me about driving habits. On the 3rd dismissal, he ended the discussion with, “show me the receipt and then we will talk”. Who wants to hand over their hard earned money to someone as unprofessional as that? Overall I left very disappointed with this dealer. When stationed in Germany, I had service performed at 2 different Volvo Dealerships. Both were always professional and very knowledgeable. 2019 XC90 refused to start and had to be towed to dealership. The problem was a low side fuel pressure sensor. Once part arrived my vehicle was fixed and ready to go. Big shout out to Lenny. I told him I didn’t have a ride and he came to pick me up within an hour. He also got me in and out of the dealership as quick as he could, best car buying experience I’ve had thus and he came to pick me up within an hour.
