Customer service was slow, the communication was not great while my vehicle was in their care and what was supposed to take 3-4 hours took longer as they wanted to see if the fleet management company wo great while my vehicle was in their care and what was supposed to take 3-4 hours took longer as they wanted to see if the fleet management company would replace brake pads at 5/32 so they ended up keeping my vehicle two days and it was 3 before I could get back to it. But I figure we can blame Covid for lack of employees. More
