Mixed review, had to complain to get service appt within 3 weeks but understand it’s the holidays and COVID. Received error code after driving off lot, service rep replied quickly to text to instruct how to hopefully fix myself ( tire pressure/calibration). Overall experience disappointing, not what I expect for these prices (850$ for 40k maintenance) and a luxury car. Unable to get a loaner and valet service not mentioned/offered, dropped car off and husband picked me up. My service rep no longer there (Craig :-(. Supported by Justin this visit - very courteous and professional. Not sure I can recommend, wait and see future experience, maybe this was a one off. More
