DO NOT BUY HERE!!! READ BEFORE PURCHASING A VEHICLE HERE!!! I recently bought a used Mazda from this dealership with low miles, and fairly clean. Drove the car for about 10 mins before deciding to purc HERE!!! I recently bought a used Mazda from this dealership with low miles, and fairly clean. Drove the car for about 10 mins before deciding to purchase. They mentioned it came with a power train warranty and all used vehicles go through a thorough inspection. I noticed the front driver’s side tire was new but thought nothing of it...BIG MISTAKE!! Turns out the car had something happen to it on that side that was not reported. The sway bar end link was completely broken off...bad strut and strut bearing which is VERY dangerous..bad wheel bearing and bad lower control arm....all on the side with the new tire. I talked with the sales manager, Markell, and he was absolutely no help and just told me once I purchased, unless it was power train related, he can’t help me...? I have NEVER dealt with a dealership that did not care about it’s customer once the sale was done and did not care about the safety of its customers. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone and will tell family and friends to stay away!!! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE!! And if you do get an inspection done by another shop first for your safety!! More
