When I was looking at used car listings and talked with people at several dealerships, what stood out about Clyde was that he was attentive and pleasa When I was looking at used car listings and talked with people at several dealerships, what stood out about Clyde was that he was attentive and pleasant and not pushy at all even when I was leaning toward buying a car at another dealership (mainly because I was concerned it would be complicated to buy a car out of state). The fact that Clyde WASN'T pushy made it much easier for me to reconsider and decide to go out and take a look at the car and finally buy it. We did not feel pressured or rushed when we went to see the car and our various questions and concerns were addressed thoroughly and patiently. Later, when we finalized the sale, and afterwards, Clyde guided me through what needed to be done to get the car registered etc in MD. Also to Clyde's credit: when an unexpected problem came up AFTER the sale and I contacted Clyde to let him know, he was just as responsive and attentive as he had been when trying to make a sale. (Problem fully resolved now under original warrantee). From start to end, a great used car buying experience and I'm so happy with my car! More
