My wife and I have been customers of Lindsay Volkswagen for years and have always received excellent service when buying a vehicle there and having them serviced. Recently, I had to bring my 2021 Atlas for years and have always received excellent service when buying a vehicle there and having them serviced. Recently, I had to bring my 2021 Atlas in for scheduled maintenance and to address a new issue that essentially turned into an urgent safety concern that would have led to it being in the shop for months due to a backorder of the critical part needed. Not wanting to go without my vehicle that I would be paying for while sitting idle for potentially months, I went to the salesperson my wife and have come to rely on at Lindsay. Alfonso Monteverde is hands down, the best salesperson at Lindsay Volkswagen. When I met with him while my vehicle was being serviced and assessed, Alfonso listened to my concerns and addressed them immediately. Using his vast knowledge and the resources available to him, he was able to identify the best options available and get me out of my old Atlas with its safety issue and into a new 2022 Atlas. The process was quick, easy and almost seamless in design as my previous contract and payments. All the while, as per his norm, Alfonso made sure to check with me and assure that I was comfortable with the process and addressed any questions and concerns I may have had. Along with Alfonso, the Lindsay Volkswagen team worked their magic and once again, made sure they had a very happy customer leaving their dealership. Anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend Lindsay Volkswagen and Alfonso Monteverde!
