Be extremely, extremely careful about buying a used car from this place. Purchased a Mini Cooper, 2011 with low mileage, 54K - shiny and all new looking. The interior mirror was a little loose, and figured all it needed was tightening. Drove it for ~ 16K miles almost a year. Took it to mini for an oil change. and tighjtening of that mirror. They do their routine check, and discovered thAt thde radiator was leaking (knew that something was leaking somewhere even befor they said - never saw it), control arm bushing - right front was seeping , both front strut mounts were cracked,timing chain tensioner was leaking, water pump pulley was cracked - they knew this and replaced it with an outdated water pump, oil filter housing gaskets peeling. There was something going on with one of the tires, which I now understand why I could never adjust the pressure. This is not only criminal, it is wholly dangerous, for at any point driving with my family in the car,. anyone of those issues could have given way causing an accident. It is an accident waiting to happen! In Lindsay's own words, it states, "That They Meticulously Go Thru Every Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle On Their Lot' To sell a vehicle, any vehicle in this condition speaks to a total disregard for a customer's life, well-being and that of his/her family. Companies must not be allowed to get away with this. Even if they claim that an 'AS IS' was on the sticker, which I do not re-call, I would have asked what were the problems, for 'AS IS' implies need for necessary repairs. To sell something, any something, that puts the life and limb of the purchaser in danger acknowledges the sellers total contempt for that person(s), and values their profit over life.
