Charles was polite and didn't use any high-pressure sales tactics. Vehicle was detailed very nicely. Cons: I expected Charles to know a little more about the details of the vehicle during the test drive. Blake was unwilling to budge from the advertised price of the car during my intitial visit. I expected "some" negociation of price. More "people skills" are needed for somebody in his position. The $399 "documentation fee" is rediculously high (unless the documents are autographed by Elvis). This fee made me feel that the dealership was trying to make extra money on the "back end" of the deal. More

When I visited the dealer he and Ken (financing) were able to provide me with very clear pricing information for a variety of financing options. Neither of them were pushy when I did not want to sign any documents that day and told them I would like to shop a bit more. When I notified Trent of my decision to purchase he had the vehicle prep'ed and ready for me the next day accommodating my work and commute schedule. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour with all the documents being prepared before my arrival. This dealership was a long distance for me to travel but it was definitely worth the trip and Trent was very accommodating by answering the majority of my questions by e-mail.
