Lindsay Volkswagen of Dulles

So I started off looking for a Mazdaspeed 3 2012 lease. There were none to be found, or the dealerships didn't answer me. So I did a little research and found that VW GTI's were in some cases better cars. There were none to be found, or the dealerships didn't answer me. So I did a little research and found that VW GTI's were in some cases better cars. I contacted Lindsay VW because they were very close to my house. They respectfully didn't call me as I specified. Trent emailed me a few times and I finally had the time to come in and test drive the car. I didn't expect to sign any paperwork and fully didn't expect to leave in a brand new 2012 GTI. But those two things happened. Trent was calm, warm, and calculated. He knew what he was talking about and did it in a friendly manner. No problem most sales guys nowadays are learning you need to be nice and not pushy but typically the finance guys will try and push extras on you. Larry the finance guy was extremely kind..he even offered me a micro fiber towel to clean my glasses when I was just using my shirt to clear a smudge. He took the time to discuss the options and didn't push at all. I ended up getting the deal I wanted with no fuss and am extremely happy. Car buying at its finest. I wish I had two more hands so I could give them 4 thumbs up. Cheers. More

My overall experience with Lindsay Volkswagen of Dulles was very good. Mr. Htoon let the Jetta TDI Sportwagen sell itself instead of pushing some feature or another. I went to the dealer looking to replace my 11 year old Jetta and Clyde took the time to show us a number of vehicles. He was very patient as we asked many questions - sometimes redundant! Just purchased a 08 GTI and had a great experience. I had been looking for a GTI for aout three weeks, when I noticed a new car listing at Lindsay. Since it was a new post no pictures were available. I contacted used car sales and spoke with Julio Rodriguez. He was very helpful and sent me pictures of the car. After speaking with Julio we set up a time to veiw the car. (Julio's day off....) The car was in great shape and at a very reasonable price. I was in and out in less than 3 hours! Which was great for me since I live 3 hours away. Not only Julio was helpful and friendly but all the staff I came in contact was also. Thanks Julio and Lindsay VW!!! More
