Came in having never heard of the dealership; just find it on my way of my daughter's art class. Staff was friendly and very easy to deal with. Simon is very knowledgeable and explains the detail difference (pros and cons) of these three models. Great price, I found another dealership who has lower price on the Golf TDI model, but the Lindsay VW beats the price. All in all, super happy with the process. I test drove and had no problems and ended up with a decision of purchasing. Looking forward to future purchases with Lindsay VW and will definitely recommend to others! Mark Weinstein and Stephanie Oporto were both incredibly helpful to me at the dealership this weekend. I happened to be in for a 3 year servicing on my GTI and had some time to spare so I decided to look in helpful to me at the dealership this weekend. I happened to be in for a 3 year servicing on my GTI and had some time to spare so I decided to look into my options for when my lease expires, which was due in April. I wasn't sure whether I wanted to take my existing lease for the GTI and finance it, or buy something new. I initially approached Stephanie who did her due diligence very quickly and came back to me with what my options would be if I wanted to finance the GTI and an accurate break down of monthly costs. Based on her information I had decided to go the route of buying something new. Stephanie then spoke to the sales team and found Mark Weinstein to assist me with looking at new vehicles (I will also add that the staff were also kind enough to offer me lunch while I was waiting!) ?. Mark was a quick study when I explained what I was looking for and was almost immediately able to pull the stock out of the dealership in his own memory and tell me which vehicle was right for me. He took me for a test drive in a 2013 Beetle (reef blue). Mark was very pleasant to work with and also has good knowledge on the product he is selling, which helps a lot. I was very impressed with the vehicle and the customer service I received so we went back inside to look at pricing and options. Mark worked with the team at the dealership to pull together an incredible offer for me, and also took the time to do a search for all Beetles in stock across the country that might be a good fit. Not being one to make quick decisions, I decided to sleep on it for a night. I called up the dealership the next day and decided to proceed with a purchase. Mark scheduled me in immediately. By the time I got there my new vehicle was already polished up and ready to go. The finance team were very quick with the paper work and got me out of there in my new car in less than 2 hours. This is the second car I have bought at this dealership and they come highly recommended. Mark and Stephanie really went the extra mile to help me out and I would highly recommend them if you are interested who may be interested in purchasing or leasing a VW in the near future! More

I had a great experience with Lindsay VW. The sales rep, Harry Vannie, was great. I came in on Thursday night wanting to trade in my 2010 Mini Cooper and buy either a VW Beetle or CC. Mr. Vannie was great at showing me the difference both in price but also features, packages, etc. We then took a test drive in the VW Beetle and I was sold. It was a diesel and drove really well and had a lot of room in the car. The next morning I brought my Mini in for a evaluation. They offered me $2500 more than the Mini people had! So, within four hours I was leaving with my new VW, under a lease. I didn't have my title with me, but they had no problem waiting a day or two for that. So it was a really good experience both financially but also from a service point of view. Bob More

He was available any time we needed him. When I brought the Eos in for our scheduled service appointment yesterday, he met me outside before I even had the chance to enter the building. He promptly took the car to service for me and gave me the key and paperwork for the loaner car - that he had already started and warmed up for me. Wow!
