I've been to several other dealerships where I did not buy anything because the salesperson was not very good, but Robert is fantastic. He's low-pressure, professional, and amicable at all times, and this was the 2nd car we bought from him. We look forward to buying more from him in the future. As well, the finance rep Larry Schiro was also very professional and made us feel at home. He was low-pressure also and we feel like he took very good care of us. Certified Pre-Owned VW Purchase I was on-line looking for a Certified Pre-Owned Volkswagen CC for months before I came across Lindsay's website where I found the exact car I had been I was on-line looking for a Certified Pre-Owned Volkswagen CC for months before I came across Lindsay's website where I found the exact car I had been searching for. I called the dealership and was placed in contact with Charles Nguyen. Since I already knew what I wanted to pay and what the value of my trade in was, I was able to negotiate over the phone with Charles the final details of the deal. Within 10 minutes, we had arrived at a fair deal and we agreed to it verbally over the phone. I asked to be put in touch with the finance department because even though I had been pre-approved for a car loan, I wanted to see if I could get a better APR. Larry Schiro guided me through the application process and followed up within an hour to let me know that my loan had come through and that I was able to get a much more competitive loan rate than the rates that had been offered to me through an internet car loan website. Later that afternoon, I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by the General Manger, Jerry. Jerry made me and my daughter feel very welcome and took me directly to meet Charles. Charles had my car detailed and ready for a test drive and after everything checked out, we got busy finalizing the paperwork and closing the deal. To my surprise, Charles was able to offer me more than I had asked for in terms of the trade value of my old car and we buttoned up the paperwork very quickly. Larry walked me through the terms of my loan and in less than 2 hours, I was in my new car and driving home. I was very impressed by the quality of the staff, the look and feel of the dealership, and the outstanding service that I received while I was there and Lindsay VW has my highest recommendation.
