He searched the entire network and was able to find only three vehicles left that met our requirements and got the one we chose to the dealership ready for delivery the very next day. We are USAA customers. Lindsay VW not only honored the USAA pricing, they beat what the other dealer's lowest price by a long shot. All other dealers were not even close. Taking delivery was a painless event. Arrived at the dealership, quick inspection of the car, signed a few papers in finance, presented them with a check and away we were. The price was agreed to via email prior to our arrival so absolutely no haggling whatsoever. Also the finance office quickly explained some additional options for us without a hard sell. It was worth listening to so we could make a good decision. Once we opted out of a few things that was no attempt to continue to resell us—which we appreciated very much. Lindsay Trip 3/22/14 As soon as I walked in, I was greeted immediately by Ryan and explained that I knew I wanted either a Passat or Jetta tdi but it depended on how they As soon as I walked in, I was greeted immediately by Ryan and explained that I knew I wanted either a Passat or Jetta tdi but it depended on how they drove. He walked me through some of the options between each and then allowed me to test drive each car. Ryan knew that the cars sell themselves so didn't try to give me some sales pitch or convince me to get more than I wanted or something different than that. He knew which options were worthwhile and which were probably not worth my time or money. I never felt like he was trying to get money out of me. I also felt like I was his most important customer that day which it was one of the last Saturdays in the month so I am sure I was not. The entire sales team was incredibly friendly and every person who we encountered made sure we were being helped and that we had been offered snacks or a drink. Before leaving, Ryan walked me through the features of the audio system to hook my phone up. When he showed me the cord that came with the car which was for an iphone4, I said "oh that's so convenient! I will have to go get one for the 5 so I can use it!" Ryan excused himself and came back with the charger for my phone! He really made my car buying experience painless and exciting. More
