I had a good buying experience at Lindsay Volkswagen when I bought a CPO VW Golf 5 years ago, so my expectations were already high. Kaela surpassed even my high expectations. She listened to my requirements, answered all of my questions, and played no unpleasant, high-pressure sales games. I was obviously a motivated buyer and in a big hurry. Kaela expedited all of the paperwork, and I and drove away from the dealership with no buyer's remorse, feeling like I had bought a high-quality vehicle at a very fair price. I explained what i wanted, my concerns, what I do & do not like about the whole sale process, and the time frame i am available over phone calls and emails. When my wife and i came in on Saturday afternoon - he was spot on and ready. The car (my car) was ready at the main parking, the paper works was relatively ready and some few requests made by my wife was accommodated.
