He knew a lot about the car, answered my many questions and led me through a tour of the facilities. The service department was impressive and the staff, though busy, greeted me with smiles. Then came the paperwork; I was trading in a pre-owned VW so there were additional steps involved, but Bob walked me through the process and I did not feel hurried or overwhelmed. Best Buying Experience for a Mainstream Vehicle My only better experience was with "upscale" vehicle purchases. However, Harry Vannie made the purchase of my 2014 Passat TDI SEL an easy experience. My only better experience was with "upscale" vehicle purchases. However, Harry Vannie made the purchase of my 2014 Passat TDI SEL an easy experience. He was very helpful, very accommodating, and fair. We quickly met on price for the Passat without a lot of "pain." Harry's manner was comfortable to be around, and I felt right at home very quickly. Regarding the Lindsay facility, it's bright, cheerful, very European in appearance. It reminded me a lot of my days as an owner of 3 Saabs. Yes, the Passat is almost all American, but it's nice to see the Euro influence remain, and Lindsay does a lot to maintain that. Harry introduced me to the service department, who answered some technical questions about the turbodiesel engine in the Passat. I found them to be honest and straightforward. Overall, a pleasant experience without a lot of all-too-typical sales play that I've experienced at Mazda, Honda, and Toyota dealers. More

The facilities at Lindsay Volkswagen were also very accommodating and everyone I met was very eager to help. I test drove my vehicle before I bought it and Simon clearly demonstrated or explained all the features of the car. Being a recent college graduate, I enrolled in a College Graduate Plan that has great benefits for me. The financial transactions with Larry Schiro were also honest and reasonable. Once I bought the new car home, I found a problem with it but Simon was very quick in his response and helped me fix the problem right away. The employees in the service department at Lindsay Volkswagen are also very helpful and professional. Overall, I had a great car buying and service experience at Lindsay Volkswagen and I have a wonderful new car to drive! More
