It was a great experience -- Al was extremely helpful, friendly and informative (Definitely not pushy at all!)) and after I bought my car, he introduced me to Tom - who explained how Diesels work and made me realize that buying the Golf was an excellent decision. Even better, the car ONLY had 10,781 miles on it!! ...and it came with the 3 year warranty PLUS an extra 2 years warranty since it was a CPO car, not new. I was given a very fair price for my Honda Accord trade in -- this experience was extremely painless and efficient. I didn't enjoy my car buying experience 3 years ago at the Honda Dealership...this time I did! Finally, I had a great experience when it came to working with Larry in terms of signing off my title from the Accord, my financing and extending the warranty to 85K/6 years -- he worked with me and did not push me to do more than I should do financially. He was thorough and understanding. ....I just don't think I can ever go back to driving a Honda again ...no way. I'm now addicted to the VW Golf TDI! ...no regrets! More

While it was in shipment, they made every accommodation to ensure the short waiting period was hassle free, and kept me apprised of the status.
