Yes, Lindsay VW Dulles has a great selection of pre-owned and new cars and, yes, you’ll get a very fair price with a little negotiating, but the best reason to shop there is the customer service, both during and after the sale. We received top-notch service from our sales consultant, Kevin Morales. Kevin went above and beyond, and again and again. My elderly parents traded in their VW for a pre-owned VW at Lindsay, and I supported them through the process. Kevin Morales was incredibly patient, knowledgeable about VWs and how things work at Lindsay, and supportive and respectful through the test drives, the negotiating, and the after-sale service. My parents (literally) move slowly at their age, they ask a lot of questions, and my Dad has very high expectations. Kevin was always helpful and gracious. I also appreciated how he supported my involvement in the process. He focused on my parents but found the right ways to include me. Because the pre-owned Golf that my parents purchased had just come onto the lot, it needed a bit of work to get it ready for my parents to take home. It required attention from the body shop and from the upholstery team (and the quality of this work was excellent). This meant a couple of visits back and forth to Lindsay VW Dulles. Kevin must work long days, seven days a week, because he was always available and responsive to our many questions and requests. My parents needed a rental car to accommodate some of the work needed on the Golf, and Lindsay generously provided one. When my Dad dropped off the Golf for this service and picked up the rental, he mistakenly left his EZ-Pass transponder and pass to get into his gated community in the Golf. Kevin was great about getting that back to us. And when my Dad returned the rental, he left his wallet in that car, and Kevin was incredibly helpful in getting the wallet returned to my Dad. Kevin is motivated to make the sale, but he understands that he is building a relationship and that how he treats his customers after the sale is just as important as his pre-sale support. We weren’t the easiest, quickest, or most lucrative sale for Kevin, but we never felt that we were anything other than his most important customer. I told them I would reach out the the next day, we needed the night to discuss. However, I got pre-approved that night and contacted the salesman the very next morning. I informed him I was ready to wrap the deal up and I had one concern. The vehicle needed a service that was about $1,500 at Porsche. I asked for a very small discount so I can get the service completed. The salesman understood and said he would speak to the manager. This was at 12:30pm. 3:05pm I was texted not even called and informed the vehicle was sold. To my dismay, I was floored. I had my credit run to find out the vehicle was sold. I would not recommend. We purchased directly from an Authorized Porsche Center 2 days later. More

We were ready for the typical high-pressure sales and exhausting haggling which are normal in most other dealerships. However, our conversation and interaction throughout the process with these gentlemen turned out to be consultive and a more relaxed one that put us at ease and happy with our decision. I recently went to Lindsay VW of Dulles looking for an EV. I was on the fence between a Tesla 3, BMW i4, and a third option was the ID4. To my surprise, I loved the VW option.
