From the moment we walked in the door, we could tell this place was different. We met our Sales Associate, Carrie Redman, and she listened to exactly what we wanted and answered all of our questions. The General Manager, Jerry Holloway, introduced himself within 10 minutes of us walking in the door. He was very hands-on and introduced us to others on the management team and they all worked together to get me the best deal on the car I wanted (actually even found one with some added features already on it). Everyone at Lindsay exceeded my expectations and I would buy another car from them in a heartbeat! More

Immediately upon entering the quiet, gentle atmosphere of the Lindsay VW Dealership, a humble man named Clyde welcomed us with a smile and a genuine desire to help. I explained my price range/situation with him and he led us to the Jetta lot. Coming from a 98 Jetta 2.0 that was bruised and battered with no heat and winter coming, I felt a new Jetta would be perfect. Clyde offered me to test drive a 2012 Jetta 2.5 (manual) SE. Yes, it's a manual and has cruise control. Afterwards, I told him thank you and I would mull it over. Two days later and i'm leaving the lot not only impressed with the superb customer service or the time the financer took to work with me for a price I could handle (payments for a college kid, what would you expect?) I am ecstatic to say my expereince in buying my first car was an excellent one. I did trade in the mk3 (sorry Euro-tuners,) but the luxery-esque driveability yet sporty feel to this 2012 Jetta is just amazing and comfortable. Complete with lots of leg room for us tall folks. Lastly, Clyde called me to inform me he found my CD and garage opener remote I had left in the mk3. Honesty is huge for me personally and these people know how to make their customer happy. Very Friendly Low Pressure Environment We picked up a used CPO 2013 VW Golf. The price very fair, the people we interacted with were very friendly, and our experience was stress-free. Other dealerships tried to paint their cars as dream cars too good to pass up that could fulfill every need and want. Of course, we would have had to be willing to go higher than our stated budget or consider the car in terms of monthly payments instead of the total cost, which was a non-starter for us. At Lindsay VW our sales person, Clyde, sold us the car based strictly on the its merits and what we told him we needed it for. We told him our budget in terms of the vehicles total cost and monthly payments were never mentioned from then on. The safety features of the vehicle were described in detail and shown to us prior to the test drive, and during the drive he continued to point out many small features of the vehicle which other dealerships had failed to mention because they weren't big ticket items. When we noticed an oddity in the CarFax for the vehicle, Blake come by and thoroughly explained the entry and the history of the vehicle to our satisfaction. Overall our experience was as stress-free as buying a car can be, and the folks at Lindsay VW helped with that tremendously. More

I visited the dealership in a research stage of my shopping to look at a Golf GTI and TDI, and a Jetta Sportwagen TDI. Christina was incredibly patient with me, even though I am certainly one of the most difficult people to try and sell something to. Christina took many hours out of her busy schedule to explain all of the vehicles to me in great detail, and proved that she is extremely knowledgeable about the products she sells. When confronted with technical questions that she didn't know the answer to, she sought out assistance from other sales people and service writers to help answer my questions. Joshua Jay ("JJ") was one such example. He is an enthusiast, like myself, and has plentiful experience in performance upgrades to his cars. Christina has a very patient attitude towards customers, and is up-front, honest and I never once felt any pressure from her to look at numbers or discuss price. She was more concerned with earning my trust, and building a relationship than selling me a car. It was great! I was convinced that I was going to end up buying a GTI from her, until my research led me to discover that the turbo issues are much more widespread and common than I had initially thought. Based on that, I decided to not move forward and purchase the GTI. It's really too bad that Christina didn't sell other manufacturer's cars, because I would have loved for her to earn my business! If you are in the market for a VW, I highly recommend visiting Lindsay for a low-pressure, friendly, honest sales staff. More
