I met with Simon Chu, and after some introductions, he devoted several hours towards several test drives and education. No pressure, just very professional engagement. Although I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership (I opted for a particular certified pre-owned vehicle at another dealer), I would not hesitate to recommend Simon to family and friends, and will contact him myself next time I am in the market. We shopped online for the best prices and Lindsay VW had the lowest prices and the exact car we wanted. We emailed Joe Borak directly from the Lindsay VW web page and told him which cars we were interested in and set up an appointment for a test drive. As we drove into the customer parking, we noticed the two cars we were interested in parked right in the front of the building entrance. We were greeted at the door and we were taken right to Joe's office and introduced. We took a test drive that allowed us to get the car up to highway speed to feel how the car handled. We went back into his office, negotiated a bit and came up with an agreement pretty quickly. Joe then arranged our leased car to get the turn-in inspection completed. He left us with some cold drinks in his office and was back within fifteen minutes with the process completed! My wife and I were in the dealership a total of four hours until we drove off with a new car. We could not be more happy with our decision of which dealer to use and which car we chose. Our young salesman, Nick Glasgow, was quite impressive (beyond his years) with his knowledge of the Touareg (which we purchased) as well as other cars, Volkswagen and many other makes. He was honest and sincere which was immediately evident and what ultimately helped make my decision to use this dealership. My husband liked him so much that he gave him his business card and offered to help him if he changed careers. The sales manager, Blake Curtis, was equally easy to deal with, gave us a fair price, and played no games. What a relief. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to friends and family.
