He had the two vehicles we wanted to drive ready for us and never tried to "upsell" us. He was very knowledgeable and knew the vehicle very well. He also listened to what we were looking for and answered every question we had. My only disappointment was that it was not disclosed to us that the U connect cost extra money. It was listed on the spec sheet as a feature that was included in the price of the vehicle. So it was a surprise to me when I went to logon and set it up that I had to register and purchase the options. If those features would have had a heading that said, "also available to purchase" or something like that, then it wouldn't have been a surprise which lead to my disappointment. This is not a reflection on Mike at all for I'm sure he was following company protocol. More

We're from Maryland and searched all over for the right color and features and Lindsay had our 17 Pacifica Limited. Our sales rep (no longer working there) was great to work with and John, the sales manager did everything right to make me feel like a valued customer. The gave me a very good deal for my trade-in and worked with me on the price of the Pacifica. I highly recommend making your Chrysler purchase with this professional team! More

I made an appointment with salesperson Bahram Shakeri to see our choices. Having had bad experiences in the past, my family was trepidatious about dealing with another car dealership. However, Bahram was professional from the moment he introduced himself. He had both Wranglers set aside for us to view, and was very knowledgeable, answering all of our questions thoroughly. After a lengthy test drive, we were sure it was the car we wanted. All that was left was the numbers. Simply put: I knew what I could afford to deposit and what payment I wanted, and Bahram painlessly made it happen. The paperwork/finance part of the process was quick and equally painless thanks to Yev Primbetov. Lindsay even got us a competitive rate on financing (I had done my homework beforehand). In less than 3 hours from arriving, we drove away in our brand new Wrangler. Bahram personally called us more than once to make sure that we were happy with our purchase. As my main interaction with Lindsay, Bahram made the entire process quite easy and enjoyable. Zero complaints and I would highly recommend Bahram and Lindsay to friends and family. More

Frustrating Dropped of my vehichle to have a warranty repair. It took about a month and a half for parts that where on back order. I recieved my car back a noticed a tight steering wheel and turned around to dealership had them rediagnoise with a faulty electric steering rack & pinion and quoted $4000 in repairs. This was not an issue when I left my vehicle. More

BAIT AND SWITCH ADVERTISING (WITH PRICING) USED Went to this dealer to test drive & buy a Renegade for my daughter that we saw advertised on CARFAX. Liked how the vehicle drove, went to do paperwor Went to this dealer to test drive & buy a Renegade for my daughter that we saw advertised on CARFAX. Liked how the vehicle drove, went to do paperwork (Theresa) just to be told that the vehicle is $5000.00 more. Walked away from the deal. Two days later was searching for the same kind of vehicle and noticed the one still listed for the amount I originally saw, along with about 8 others listed with GREAT deals. Called dealership to confirm price of several (including the 1st vehicle from a few days before). ALL WERE CONFIRMED THROUGH DEALERSHIP BY AN ALEC! Call this morning (2 days after talking to Alec), spoke with Phil who said those ( along with the approx 8 others) those prices are not correct. You would have thought that if it truly was a mistake...9 different vehicles, they would have fixed it immediately to keep others from inquiring. To me this seems intentional. More

I also got told certain trade in numbers, they tried to get me to sign papers with DIFFERENT numbers... the manager told me to “be quiet” when I said I didn’t like the numbers since they were different than discussed previously..
