I contacted Lindsay and was informed that I may not be able to purchase the truck due to some exhaust and electrical issues. I begged them not to send MY truck to a Wholesaler, and to work with me on working through the issues. This is a beautiful 2014 Ram 1500 Express. Immaculate condition at a fair price. Ok, an incredible price. I was able to work with John (General Manager), and one of the nicest young men I've ever met, Erick. Both worked tirelessly to resolve the issues with the truck in order to be able to sell it to me in a condition that would uphold the Lindsay standards of selling and service. It was a win-win for everybody...ok it was a bigger win for me! I love this truck! The entire sales force seemed happy for me as I pranced around the dealership, helping myself to the free soda machine and coffee. I passed on the "Quiet" waiting area, because I didn't want to get kicked out for talking about the Bad A$$ truck I was buying from Erick! Erick had the paperwork ready to go when I arrived and the entire process took less than an hour, to include the finance department and Mr. Marcus DeJesus. Everybody was great, and I'll be recommending this dealership and Erick to anybody that ask. More

After selecting a vehicle it was difficult to get final numbers to send to our credit union, then follow up calls for various requests/ inquiries it was difficult to reach anyone that could help. Once reached everyone was helpful. but over all I would buy another car from them. More

As I was flying into town for the purchase, I replied the same stating exactly what I wanted down to the color. Only Lindsay Doge, and Joseph Cooper, responded personally with the three exact matches they had on their lot. He had the two vehicles we wanted to drive ready for us and never tried to "upsell" us. He was very knowledgeable and knew the vehicle very well. He also listened to what we were looking for and answered every question we had. My only disappointment was that it was not disclosed to us that the U connect cost extra money. It was listed on the spec sheet as a feature that was included in the price of the vehicle. So it was a surprise to me when I went to logon and set it up that I had to register and purchase the options. If those features would have had a heading that said, "also available to purchase" or something like that, then it wouldn't have been a surprise which lead to my disappointment. This is not a reflection on Mike at all for I'm sure he was following company protocol. More
