Terrible- Taking advantage of people with disability I bought a vehicle at Lindsay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The experience was terrible. They added $7,000 on my finial price. They did not tell me the cos I bought a vehicle at Lindsay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The experience was terrible. They added $7,000 on my finial price. They did not tell me the costs they will add the the finial price. They did not take a time to communicate with me. I am deaf and it takes lot of time and patient to communicate with me. The salesman did a great job by showing me the car, answering the questions, etc. But when it is the time to go to do the paper works. The guy who handle the paper works wasn't honest with us. We went home with additional $7,000 on our final price without knowing it was there. After reviewing the paper work and figure out why the price was higher than usual. We found out where it come from and we went back to the dealer next day. The same guy offer to cancel the whole plan immediately it was like he know what he was doing. It wasn't legal but it was wrong! He took advantage of people with disability! More
Good Vehicle but Six Hour Ordeal I let my fingers do the walking....found a nice looking clean used Journey SE on the Lindsey website. Call the dealership, talked to Darlene and made an appointment for the following day. Arriving at the dealership, Darlene was sick so we were introduced to Jimmy. He showed us the CarFax and we took a test drive...very nice vehicle. Then the six hour ordeal begins. The Journey needed to be sent to the Service Department to be Dealer Certiified. The advertised price was higher. I could only get the advertised price if I financed the vehicle....I was going to pay cash but had to finance to get the $1,000 discount. Then the MoPar package was pushed hard (felt like arm twisting) with no offer to discount the package for the items we didn't need. It was now sit and wait for Finance Department....it seemed like forever, FInance then offered me many more expensive options...more arm twisting. I can't even remember the finance folks names because they didn't have cards and worked with several. When I thought the end was in sight, mistakes were made on the forms and had to start over. Finally after six hours (9:30am to 3:30pm), no offer for lunch, the ordeal was over. The Jounery was now inspected, cleaned up and ready. Jimmy spent time with me showing how the Journey's systems operated....radio, AC, displays, lights. I'm enjoying the Journey but the buying experience was a little too much. More

I went there due to the inventory of Jeep Wranglers and easily found what we wanted and had a very quick and easy sales experience. Our salesperson, Max Overby and the finance person, Lee was patient with us and easy to work with and was quite attentive to our needs and wishes. More

Good buying experience! I drove to this dealer from Maryland because they had the largest inventory of Jeep Wranglers and did they ever. I walked and looked at the inventory and had researched the Jeeps on line prior. I never felt like I was being attacked by the sales force and felt a comfortable relationship with my sales associate, Zian. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the Wrangkers. He really listen to what I wanted in the Jeep Grand Cherokee and he picked out the perfect vehicle for me. The vehicle had everything I needed & wanted plus some extras. Lindsay dealership worked very hard to get my payment close to where I wanted them thanks to Yev in finance dept. Darryn & Yev commitment to excellent service is one of the reason I purchased my new 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I has one small issue with the vehicle but Nate took care that the following week in one day. The atmosphere at this dealership is very friendly and its clean which show they care about their company's image. I live in Maryland but I will be coming to this location for my vehicle service & maintenance. More
