First, most of the sale personal are young and inexperienced and have no idea of what they are trying to sell you. They advertise what they call the LOVE IT PRICE. You need to read the fine print because most people will not qualify for those incentives. My experience with Lindsay Dodge of Manassas was, I saw an advertisement for a 2018 Dodge 2500 online that the dealer never sold. So after hours of trying to negotiate on a price, the more we negotiated the worst the price got. So finely after we left the dealership the Management group called us when we were back in Maryland and we negotiated a price. So we sleep on that price. I called into the Dealership right when they opened on Sunday morning at noon. Spoke with the sales Rep that I worked with on Saturday and asked if the Truck was still available and he stated yes. He asked, when can you come and pick it up. I live in Maryland about 1 hr. and 30 mins away. The Sales Rep said that he would hold the truck have it cleaned and waiting for me when we get there. Upon arriving to the dealership I was about a mile away and over 1 hour of driving the sale Rep calls and said that the truck that was being held for me was sold. So I arrived at the Dealership and yes they sold the truck that was being held for me. Now the Management group stated that they could find a truck with all the same option so the one they wanted us to buy as $12,000.00 more. More

We went to see the car and Garret was very nice and professional he answered all of our questions. We drove from Richmond and purchased the car that day. There was actually another couple who had come to look at the same car thank goodness we got to it first. Great car, great price with low miles. We are very satisfied. Thanks Garret More

I went in to see what I could do about a vehicle that I was upside down on and was promised a sale price and monthly payment that I was comfortable with for a new vehicle during the initial phase. Once I got to finance, the process was rushed, confusing and shady. Worst part is that they sold me a Jeep Renegade for $10k more than they said initially, so I am now in a worst predicament then I started in. Not to mention, they did not provide me with all of the legal documents I signed (to include the breakdown of my transaction). The only positive thing I have to say is that at least the Sales Rep that helped me tried his best to provide great service. Unfortunately, after I was out of his hands, it all went quickly downhill. They lost a great and loyal customer and many more to come because I will ensure my friends and family learn of my experience. STAY AWAY FROM LINDSAY MANASSAS DEALERSHIP. More

Overall a great experience Our experience at Lindsay was overall a good one! The staff was friendly and kind. There was not room for bickering with price but I felt our price was fair, not as good as the internet price, but I anticipated some additional fees )... Our visit was a little rushed more because of our poor timing, and they never made us feel like they were rushed at all and stayed very late in the evening to help us complete an out of state purchase. The staff was great! The only two things a buyer should understand is that (?s I should've asked prior to traveling down there) there is an added fee to the used car price of $1500 and you have to use financing through Lindsay's banking institutions, making for more work down the road for a buyer if you are able to get a lower interest rate somewhere else (mine was 1.5% higher through their institution, so now I have to refinance to lower my payment). More
