Don’t buy a car from this dealership bunch of thief’ many more better dealers are out there…. I bought a family van from this location about a month ago. The sells man was great and explained everything very more better dealers are out there…. I bought a family van from this location about a month ago. The sells man was great and explained everything very well. When I left the sells man the price of the car was $27,500.00 after taxes, registration, mo parts $1,795.00and titling…. The price came out to $27,500.00. I got to the finance department of the dealership and the loan office had me start signing documents after documents paper documents and electronic documents it toke about an hours witch was fine. 3 weeks past and I downloaded the app to the bank that got my loan (Allay Bank) so I can make my first payment on my loan. My loan was suppose to be for $10,000.00 but it was for $12,745.75. I had my phone voice recording on for the whole time at the dealership, when I went back to the recording to listen to the conversation I asked the loan office how much was the loan for he said $10k. I called the dealership to see what was going on I was told that I had purchased additional warranty for paint chips and leather protection… I didn’t recall me asking for this…. I know not to have high expectations from car dealerships but the finance department needs to be ethical. I am seeking legal help just to make sure they can’t repeat doing this to people. Went to the dealership twice to talk to the manager (James Rose no qualification at all) I was told to deal with it by him. By the way loan office you should stay away from (Chris Cooke) save your time and money stay away from this dealership!!! More
