Last week my wife and I went to various dealers to look at vehicles. We went to Hyundai, Mercedes, KIA, Genesis and lastly Lindsey CGJR. When we went into Lindsey, no one talked to us initially until Jos at vehicles. We went to Hyundai, Mercedes, KIA, Genesis and lastly Lindsey CGJR. When we went into Lindsey, no one talked to us initially until Jose walked up and asked if we had been helped. We said no and he asked what we were looking for, we told him a pick up larger than a 1500 which we already had. He took us to the lot and showed us the granite colored 2500 heavy duty. we looked at it and the interior and liked it, but due to our schedule we had to leave, Jose recommended that we come back in the early AM the next day. He'd get the keys and we could really look at it. The next day we came back met Jose and really looked at the truck. Jose answered all the questions we had, even to the point on the chip shortage and its impact. We then sat down and had a discussions about financing and steps to take. We also asked if there was any negotiation room. He found out that we were repeat customers, former military etc. and was able to lower the price somewhat. Th rest is history, we bought the truck and are very happy. We do want to point out that Jose was key is this whole process as he initiated contact, was professional, yet personable and very knowledgeable about the products and systems in it. He coordinated the information gathering and was most helpful in determining the most applicable information to be used. Jose reflected well on Lindsey CDJR and we'll recommend Jose as a good point of contact for sales and assistance, Lastly, we give kudos to Matt for his help in conducting the financial actions required and his knowledge of the process and ability to answer our questions quickly and settle any issues we had on the finance process.
