My car salesman Hassan was pleasant and professional and listened to my concerns. To which he notified the sales mgr. (Santa Clause- nice gentleman) where we came to a mutual agreement. The vehicle was clean with no issues. However, Lindsey’s website at that time offered $50 gift certificate for a TEST DRIVE of a new or used vehicle which after speaking with Hassan, Vernard-nice guy, and an employee named Alissa (I believe not sure-nice lady) but no one actually knew about how to obtain the gift card. Though Ms. Alissa provide me her card and minor info to Lindsey’s website which I already did go through the process to obtain the gift card. She explained it was actually a 2nd party website to get the gift card. And follow that process. (again, I did that) It all seems misleading to me to go through this process for a $50 gift card, my suggestion is how about Lindsey obtaining a certain amount of gift cards for customers who actually buy a vehicle from Lindsey’s dealers and give the gift card to show your application to customers for purchasing a vehicle instead of having to ask Lindsey’s employees about the gift offer on your website. This issue maybe minor to some, but if you offer something at least the employees should know about it and hand the gift card upon purchase from Lindsey. Thank you for listening and so far, I’m pleased with the vehicle. Please do not post or SHARE my personal information with anyone. Ps. Why would I share my experiences for a $100 gift card (Lindsey survey offer) if I can’t get my $50 gift card that I follow through on your website thank you! Lindsey customer Eddie W. Giving them a 1 cause I can’t give them a 0. Dominique and the finance manager practice dishonest/shady sales practices when it comes to women, especially if their young & come alone. We had our own finan and the finance manager practice dishonest/shady sales practices when it comes to women, especially if their young & come alone. We had our own financing, so they decided to not sale us the car unless we used their financing. Initially, Dominique requested a 2nd visit because the finance office was closed at 6pm 🤔 & suggested we may need to bring in the trade-in co-signer to transfer the car in the sale. So we came back the next day with the co-signer of the trade-in. Although we knew he was just trying to get the co-signer in the dealership. Prior to coming into the dealership, we spoke to Dominique. He said our lender jacked up the interest rate, wanted a down payment and a co-signer for the car. If we get the car we can refinance the car in 9 months to get the co-signer off. That sounded odd so we called or lender to verify. Our lender said they never received an application from the dealership, they never spoke to them, and/or told them anything. Hence, they submitted the loan through their lender resulting in all the extenuating terms. They advertised a $26k car online & per Dominique our lender/financing asked us for a $9500/down payment with our trade-in valued at $11k, to purchase the car. They jacked up the price to $28k, took away the promised incentives, raised the interest rate, added unwanted packages, & both Dominique and the sales manager insisted on a co-signer that wasn’t needed with our lender. Dominique also tried to sale the co-signer of the trade-in a car as well. His words, “We can do a 2 for 1 sell today.” We asked to see the paperwork a few times to review, but Dominique ignored the requests. We never authorized this dealership to rerun our credit as we already had a lender/financing. All they had to do was coordinate either to get the deal done. They had us fill out a credit application and gave an excuse that was confusing as to why they needed that when we had a lender. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone who values morals, honesty, and wants to be treated fairly when making a major purchase or just in general. More
