Completely unsatisfied and feel lied to. My family had the worst experience today at this dealership. We came in for a $29,500 Chrysler Van with with a trade in worth $37,000. Our rollover would have been $1,000 into the $29,500. The overall price was much higher than expected due to fees we did not understand. Nearly $6k in fees/taxes. We were told the final price would be around $35,950 for an 2018 Chrysler Van, way to expensive for a used 2018 van. Sulaiman Ahmad, our sales professional tried to explain all the fees but it still did not add up nor make since. My husband and I kept asking for the APR rate to make it all make sense. We did not get an answer until we here feed up, exhausted and walking out the door. We kept getting the run around about them taking certain fees off or bringing this or that price down but the final totaled NEVER changed. We felt we were not getting the truth as far as the real reason for fees or why they were there to begin with. I asked for my credit to not be checked anymore because I did not want to continue the process and it was. We felt pressed by Mohammad Khalilullah, the finance manager to sign a contract for a bad deal. There could have been a sale today if there weren't so much confusion and lies. They mark up the total price in unnecessary fees/taxes. I do not recommend this dealership. More
