Very friendly and open to hear our wants and needs when purchasing a vehicle. When we met with James Rose, we were immediately turned off by his insulting comments and demeanor when speaking with us. Not only was he insulting, he continually talked down to us and was incredibly pushy for us to make an immediate decision on a price. While negotiating a price, he asked if he could "wrap this up" and his "are you kidding me?" Statements were about as ignorant as it could get. While we were open to negotiate, this man felt that he should make us feel stupid rather than give us realistic options in our car buying appointment. We understand that Lindsay Chrysler does well with business, which is why we came here. But we left feeling like our needs and wants didn't matter because they'll make the sale anyway with someone else. Lindsay Chrysler, please take a look at James Rose's tone and demeanor when speaking with clients. I certainly will not be recommending this dealership to anyone. More
