Being a bit apprehensive for I searched this vehicle online and I from Virginia Beach, Ren Panlaqui and the sales team made me feel more than welcome and comfortable through the process. Ren completely communicated with me days prior to my trip up North. We arranged a time to meet, he was punctual and there to greet me upon arrival. He was very courteous and knowledgeable of the vehicle, just genuine in his actions. The sales team was awesome. Fino was more than hospitable, introduced me to many sales team members who shared a common interest. The sales team had my best interest at hand and worked as a team for the common goal. I want to thank the team of Lindsay for a great experience! You guys are awesome! I highly recommend this dealership for consumers to enjoy purchasing a new or used vehicle!! More

I’m making an exception in this case, because this was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. On Friday, I stopped at a dealership on my way home to check out the new Renegade. I had seen the commercials, reviewed the car online, done my homework. Now, keep in mind, this is only the 2nd car I’ve ever bought from a dealership, and I was a little lost in the process. I arrived at that dealership and wandered around the lot for almost 5 minutes before someone finally came over to see if they could help me. While he was talking to me, leading me around the lot and facilities, he had very little knowledge about the vehicles on the lot – he didn’t know what features were loaded in the different models. I actually knew more about the car than he did. The only thing he was really knowledgeable about was the power seat – which is great, but not what is going to sell me on the car. The whole process was incredible disjointed and discouraging. I learned more about the salesman’s birthday, family and where he was from than I did about the car. He actually even solicited me for a job with the company I work for. Needless to say, the whole ordeal fit the stereo-type that I had built in my head….dealers are not to be trusted and don’t care about meeting my needs. It’s all about the money and what’s best for them. The next day, after doing some more online shopping, I headed down to Lindsay (driving past the other dealership). I arrived at 10am, and Browne (unknown last name) was right there to greet me at my car. He had a pleasant smile that didn’t appear forced or false. Within a moment, Sam Rosa was right there with him. Between the two of them, within a couple of minutes, knew exactly what I was looking for and we were on our way. They asked the right questions, knew what was on the lot and where, knew the features loaded in the vehicles and not once did the conversation of money come up. Sam & Browne took their time to review EVERYTHING with me. Not just the power seat. I later found out that this was actually Browne’s first day, which is why he and Sam were working together. I have to give Browne credit. For it being his first day on the job, he had a very healthy depth of knowledge of the Renegade. It was incredible evident that Sam’s main concern was ensuring that I was happy. He was not just worried about making the sale or closing the deal. He was patient with all my questions and the whole process was (long) but smooth. I was his priority and that was obvious. Not once did he answer his phone when the calls were coming in, check his email or anything else. I felt like the most important person in the entire dealership that day! The only interruption was from a prior client letting Sam know that she was referring some of her friends to him because he took such good care of her. I knew I was with the right salesman at that point. Once the sale was complete, Sam & Browne went over the entire car with me, helping me find additional items that needed to be detailed a little more and made sure it got done. They truly wanted me to drive away with a smile on my face. Even the finance process was enjoyable (as it could be anyway). I came to the dealership with a preapproved loan from my bank, but between Jimmy (Finance) and Sam, they worked to get me an even better deal. In further evidence of a phenomenal experience, once the purchase was complete and it was time to drive away, I ran into a little problem. I now had 2 vehicles at the dealership with only me to drive both of them. Sam offered to have a couple of guys follow me the almost 30 miles back to where I needed to be. I don’t know if this is normal practice or not, but it floored me. I was taking 2 of their sales reps away from the potential of making another sale. This was not something I had to ask for, they offered to do this service for me when they could have easily offered to let me leave my old car there and come back with a second drive on my own. Simply amazing! I’m only 2 days into owning my first Chrysler and I don’t know if I will purchase another one in the future. What I can say is that the next time I am in the market for a new car I will definitely be paying Sam and the folks at Lindsay a visit before I go anywhere else!!!! More

We were immediately greeted by Sam Rosa who helped us find what we were looking for right away. He then gave us some space in order to look around. I didn't set out to buy a car that day, my current car was old and started to give me problems so I decided to shop around. It was a bit of a difficult, nerve-wrecking decision for me as I was a first-time buyer. I was so pleased with the help that I received that I ended up getting my car appraised and weighing my options while I was there. Again, I didn't go with the intention of buying a car so I didn't get one that day. I was a little nervous about the whole process so I left that Saturday evening without a car but knowing all the information I needed to make a decision. Sam was extremely helpful regardless of me not accepting the deal right away. Because of Sam's exceptional service and the fact that he went through a lot to get me the information I needed to feel comfortable during this process, I returned the very next day prepared and I purchased a 2013 Dodge Dart. I'm very happy with my car and I felt at ease making such a heavy first time decision. More

My husband and I had been to a few dealerships in the last several days before he suggested we go to Lindsay and see what they had in stock. We walked in and were greeted by Mr. Sam Rosa, who was enthusiastic and friendly and wanted to show us what we came to see--the Ram 1500 and he was eager to share all the technical features of this vehicle. Sam found the vehicle, color, and package for us right on the lot there. I must say he went through everything in the car, patiently sharing his vast knowledge and asking if we had any questions on any aspect of the vehicle or the vehicle buying process. It was clear that he had studied the product he is selling and truly believed in its integrity himself. Sam was more than a salesman in our eyes. He made us feel totally comfortable and more importantly, he is a trustworthy, caring, intelligent, individual. We experienced great customer service with no pressure whatsoever and ended up purchasing a Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie. I also want to buy a car sometime in the near future and will go back to Sam and will recommend him to all my friends, neighbors, family, and associates. These two fixed me right up after waiting for my local dealer to call me back a week earlier. Even after the purchase any question was important to them. The sales person I was working with was Rome, and from the very first day he was very professional, friendly, honest, showed great care for the customer's needs, and was committed in helping me get the car I wanted. Since they didn't have the car in the inventory, he continued to work with me on finding the one. He was very professional in giving me regular updates on the search, so I didn't have to worry with follow-up and reminder calls. He did gain my trust and made me discontinue my search with other dealers, which was a right decision to make. He did deliver! He found a car with exact features I wanted, including the color. I left the dealership very happy. I would strongly recommend them and Rome in particular. While I didn't work directly with management, Fino Saladini came to great me while I was in the process of purchasing the car, and he followed up with a call next day. I really appreciated this and their overall customer care. More
