Loss Leader from internet pricing I got an agreed price with the internet sales team - and was told to come in and they would further reduce the prices to meet my needs. Not so. In fact, when closing the deal on a Durango, Sam came back from the manager $1500 higher than the internet offer! Sure they have goofy rebates - but this was a pure price hike- the internet team was clear we weren't working the rebate game.. Don't waste your time with these guys. I had high hopes they'd be no-nonsense, but it's the same sales schtick you get at most places. Lure the customer in and jack up the price. Also - two vehicles listed in stock the night before were not on the lot the next morning... hmmm. We'll see if they come back and honor the other offer they made to order an RT at a comparable price. More
