The worst every, never again. Slow, lazy, just don’t care attitude. Just difficulty, All morning long for just a 45 minute or less service. Slow, lazy, just don’t care attitude. Just difficulty, All morning long for just a 45 minute or less service. More
Overall, the service to my automobile was satisfactory. The warranty work that was done was just fine and the thorough inspection was appreciated. However, I do have two complaints. One: when I picked up The warranty work that was done was just fine and the thorough inspection was appreciated. However, I do have two complaints. One: when I picked up the car, it was filthy - outside of course. Granted, I could not pick it up on the late Friday or following Saturday that it was ready to be picked up. I did pick it up approx 1:00pm on Monday 01/10/22. You really wasted your highly touted $20 complimentary car wash on this one. My car apparently sat outside underneath a downspout emanating from a dirty roof overhang! There were big splotches of salty dirty snow melt all over the front and the windshield was absolutely covered with grime. I had to use the windshield washers several times before I even left your parking lot. I don't know how the person who drove it up to me could even see to do so. I do regret not waiting inside and letting him drive it into the service bay so I could call somebody's attention to it then and there. My point being is that why would you wash a car based on when you call a customer to say that it is ready to be picked up as opposed to when the customer says they can be there to pick it up?? And all those bright shiny cars that had just been pulled into the service bay awaiting the customers who were able to retrieve them at their appointed times! Two, the real kicker that upset me (euphemism) though was that after I drove off and pulled onto King Street heading for I395 I had to pull off the road to correct the position of my right rear mirror that had been pushed into the retracted position against the passenger door. I didn't expect that and only became acutely aware of it when I need to change lanes prior to entering I395 - not a lot of fun to have to do that on a busy thoroughfare! In all fairness, Mr Hupp was a very professional service rep who was not there when I picked the car up. Perhaps if he was, he may have taken a more personal interest in seeing that my vehicle was properly presented back to me - I would like to think so!! More
