Had my XT5 in for regular maintenance yesterday and Nick was my Service Rep. He provides great customer service! Worst buying experience. Negotiated price and drove 1 hour to dealership to purchase car and when got there they were trying to sell car I was trying to buy. Then salesman lied and told me " I am going hour to dealership to purchase car and when got there they were trying to sell car I was trying to buy. Then salesman lied and told me " I am going to handle this" and after being left for 30 min in office saw him sitting and joking with sales manager. I cleaned out trade in and drove an hour to buy a car, not be their back up plan while they try to sell car I wanted to someone else. Dishonest, wast of time, and rude. More

Unprofessional. They sold the car we were in the process of “buying” without even telling that straight. We would have appreciated ah honest communication. I give her five star just for trying to resolve, but many lessons learned. I brought my Cadillac DTS for key and programming. I paid a total of $249 to get the key cut and programmed. They said my key is good, and I paid for it. I paid for a tow truck company to bring the car to me. After spending money in towing for taking the car to the dealership and getting the car back to me, and paid Cadillac for key and programming, Now, when I put the key, the anti-theft turns on, it doesn't click; the key is not working on doors. My mechanic is saying that there is a problem with the key. I tried to speak to Donna Wozniak and attempted to resolve the issue, and she hanged up on me. I called five times today, no answer, and I just left her a message. After spending all that money, time, and effort, I am stranded and waiting on them. I am distraught and did not expect to receive a service from a Cadillac dealership like this. I will not give up until resolved, I will contact BBB, and share my experience on google, yelp, and social media I hope she gets this resolved and does the right thing. I will update my review as I hear back, hopefully. More
