I ordered a new XTS from Ian Wallace. I was happy with the price paid and there were none of those old pushy salesman tactics. It was all very straight forward and easy. As he told me from the beginning, it took about 7 weeks for the car to arrive. He kept me informed and updated through the whole process. Ian had the new car waiting for us upon our arrival and devoted as much time as we needed to get familiar with the car and do the paperwork. We discovered a ding in the roof after we got the car home. I brought the car back a few days later to have it removed and Ian had a loaner car wating for me. The dent was removed flawlessly in a few hours. I recommend working with Ian and Lindsay Cadillac. More

My initial contact was by phone. In speaking with Mr. Reeder I gave him what I was looking for in a car and my approval price for a 2012 Cadillac SRX. Mr. Reeder found me the car I wanted in no time also looked for GM incentives that would give me a better price, prepared the paperwork for me to submit to the credit union. He provided outstanding customer service and was very knowledgeable and talked me through everything when I came to pickup my car. Mr. Reeder’s care and concern for this customer’s satisfaction didn’t stop when I drove off the lot, he has called to see if I am pleased and to answer any further question s I may have. My wife and I live in Stafford, VA but had been in Maryland for the day. I had been thinking of a new car or some time and owning a Cadillac DTS suggested she replace her aging Acura MDX with the Cad Maryland for the day. I had been thinking of a new car or some time and owning a Cadillac DTS suggested she replace her aging Acura MDX with the Cadillac SRX. At the very last moment I Googled Cadillac dealers and found not seven miles from us - Lindsay Cadillac. We drove over and the dealership was closed being Saturday. Dan Doherty was still in though with some clients and he let us in to the show room flow to look at the SRX on display. We quickly told him we were interested in buying and not only did he look after his clients in hand, quickly arranged to have an SRX brought around for us to drive around the block. We did and my wife instantly liked the car. We didn't want to impose upon Dan as we knew we were keeping him but he was extremely courteous and insisted we were no bother. We left and told him we'd get back to him in about a month as we were about to head off on vacation. He did check in on us in the meantime. My wife had 3 choices of color and Dan worked hard to find a Mocha vehicle but none to be found in an 800 mile area. He did find her second choice of black ice and we settled. Our finance work was done by Danny Kuykendall and he was just as pleasant and courteous as Dan Doherty. The entire experience was top notch and we will recommend this dealer and these 2 individuals in the future. The Lindsay's should know it was Dan Doherty's initial reception that brought us back and made this sale. Thanks Dan - my wife loves the car. More
My intent was to schedule repair for my 2005 DeVille. I was also interested in a particular 2010 SRX listed on the web site, and had scheduled an appointment for the next week. He facilitated an appraisal of my car and in very little time I had an offer on my DeVille as trade-in for the SRX, which I accepted. I am impressed with Lindsay Cadillac in general and Russ Walk in particular. I have recommended both to friends. More

I had an overall good experience at Lindsay Cadillac in Alexandria. We added heated seats to our standard cts, and they were able to acommodate that. After I arrived home, we noticed that the heated seat on the passenger side was not working. We returned the car to the dealership where it stayed for a few days to be fixed. When we picked the car up, the dealer stated the heat would be at the top of the seat where your knees are instead of the middle of the seat beacuse of the new child safety air bags? That was weird, never heard of that before. Overall had a great experience and will go back. More

Rich had a vehicle prepared for us to test drive upon our arrival and the vehicle sold itself to us as we knew immediately that it was the "one" for us and Rich was the man to sell it to us. The color we wanted was not available at Lindsay but Rich assured us he could get it within the next few days and in fact he did. We were offered a fair price for our trade in and Rich was very thorough in explaining all the options of the vehicle we were about to test drive. We can barely wait to accept delivery of our new vehicle but without a doubt would recommend Rich to any of our friends and family who were looking for a Cadillac. He is a gentleman who was exceedingly easy to work with and at no time did we ever feel we were rushed or pressured and felt as if we were speaking more with a friend than a traditional car salesman.
